R&D Laboratory

We realise that creativity needs to be paired with project selection, risk appraisal, review, and effective execution in order to foster product development and innovation. Working under the guidance of a senior technical team with experience and expertise in the field, we analyze the issues, offer solutions, and validate the outcomes.

We have a product innovation approach that permits a detailed check of projects at each level in order to guarantee that R&D is concentrated on priority projects. At each step, a project champion approves the levels. Additionally, every new product is carefully examined to ensure that it complies with all applicable safety, health, and environmental laws.

The R&D team is comprised of highly trained staff with qualifications ranging from science undergraduates to PhDs. The lab is equipped with an analytical department that enables our scientists the resources they need to assist the creation of new products. Furthermore, we have facilities for a pilot plant where we can undertake product/process optimization and evaluate the performance of new items while they are being developed before releasing them into the market.
